Can I still be charged for damage with excess-free cover?

Only in cases where the rental conditions have not been followed, such as negligence, unlawful use or misuse of the vehicle. These cases are rare and to date, no renter booking through us has been charged for vehicle damage.

When and how do I pay for my rental?

Nothing is charged when you book. Payment to Noah Tourism is due 7 days before collection and can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Additional charges such as one-way fees, where applicable, are paid directly to the rental company at the branch.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with the car?

Contact the rental company’s 24-hour roadside assistance or emergency number provided with your rental documents.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before collection, unless different cancellation terms have been confirmed in advance for your booking, such as during certain peak periods.

We rented a car through Stav during our 3 week trip in SA. Stav was extremely helpful, and having full coverage and his help was much appreciated when we were involved in a minor car accident. Stav took care of everything and we got a replacement vehicle without any problems, additional charges etc.

Furthermore, his website is a goldmine with useful tips and recommendations. We booked a whale watching experience following the recommendation on his website which was amazing. Although we visited at the end of the whale season, the company took extra time to locate a whale and in the end it paid off! We got to see a Bryde’s whale! We wholeheartedly recommend Stav!!
