Tips for renting a car.

Keep handbags and valuables out of sight in your car, even if you’re stepping away for just a few minutes.
Opt for full coverage insurance, which includes windshields, tires, and undercarriage. Some companies offer “non-participation” insurance but may charge for damage under negligence even if no other vehicle is involved. With us, this isn’t the case, and to date, no renter has ever been charged for damage.
Carry two credit cards with sufficient available credit for the deposit.
If you plan to travel to neighboring countries aswell, request written permission from the rental company in advance.
Let us know ahead of time if you wish to extend your rental period.
Return the car clean. While standard cleaning is included, it’s a courteous gesture, and you might also discover something you left behind.
Phone reception is reliable in many countries, so you may not need to rent a GPS device from the rental company.

Frequently asked questions about car rentals

Is it possible that I will be charged for damage despite comprehensive coverage?

In rare cases of negligence or neglect, a charge may apply. However, to date, none of our clients have ever been charged.

What is the advantage of booking with us?

Noah Tourism offers lower prices to customers by leveraging high-volume exclusive deals from suppliers. We however, focus on providing clear and transparent information, including details on insurance and deductibles.

When and how do you pay for the car rental?

Noah Tourism allows payment up to 7 days before the rental, either by credit card or bank transfer. Additional fees, such as those for returning the car to a different location, are paid at the branch and deducted from the deposit.

In case of a problem with the car, who do I contact?

Contact the rental company’s 24/7 hotline directly for any urgent assistance required.

What is the cancellation policy?

For most rentals, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the rental. If a different policy applies, it will be specified in the booking confirmation.
